1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and rp99 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms take effect as soon as you access the rp99 website, register a new account, or use any of the services we provide.

Rp99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or your registered email. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the rp99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. rp99 does not permit any form of use by underage individuals.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits online gambling under its local laws.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or recognised stop-gambling programme.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any guardianship or legal restrictions.

Rp99 reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility at any time. A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required, where you will need to submit valid proof of identity such as your MyKad or passport. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified period may be temporarily suspended or closed.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rp99. Multiple account registrations, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details, are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed immediately without any refund of remaining funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Inaccurate information may affect your verification process and withdrawals. rp99 is not responsible for any delays or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the member.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security — strongly recommended by rp99.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Rp99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use if you fail to safeguard your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Rp99 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.

Winning withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to account level and chosen payment method. Details of the latest limits can be found on the Withdrawal us.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Rp99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts may be placed on hold for further investigation for security purposes.
• Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before the applicable minimum wagering requirement is met (if a bonus is active on the account).

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by rp99 are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and validity periods specified for each offer. These conditions are clearly stated on each relevant promotions page. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Rp99 reserves the right to void bonuses if any suspected fraud, abuse or breach of terms is detected.
• Each promotion may have a maximum winning cap that can be converted to cash. This limit is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time. One welcome bonus per account only.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Rp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will be fulfilled under the original terms unless a technical issue or misuse requires immediate termination.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the rp99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by accredited independent bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including rp99 itself.

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, rp99 reserves the right to void the round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Game results recorded in the rp99 system are final and take precedence over what is displayed on the player's screen in the event of a technical discrepancy.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to play or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Rp99 employs an advanced fraud detection system. Any suspected activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

7 Player Conduct

Rp99 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and enjoyable platform environment for all members. All users are therefore required to comply with the following conduct guidelines when using the platform:

• The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other players or rp99 support staff is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing or spreading false information about rp99 on the platform or any public channel is strictly prohibited.
• Using your rp99 account for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financial fraud, is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain is strictly prohibited and must be reported to rp99 immediately.
• Players found to have violated any of the above rules may face immediate account suspension or closure without a refund of any remaining balance.

8 Account Closure

Rp99 members may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Rp99 also reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmation that a member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Acceptance of a self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gaming programme.

9 Liability Limits

Rp99 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. rp99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses from wagering.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Changes in currency exchange rates or fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

The maximum liability of rp99 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total fund balance available in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

10 Terms Amendment

Rp99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email. The last updated date is stated at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the rp99 platform after any changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
